NO CHARGER, TOOTHBRUSH KIT available. The room was freezing. We could not change the temperature in the room so we turned off but it was still so cold! Lobby was tiny and had no chairs to sit down. Never seen such tiny lobby before. They had a whole big space to sit but have to buy drinks. We got drinks and the lady at the drink counter wasn't even nice. I carried take out food and she thought I was gonna eat them in the lobby. The way she asked made me feel very uncomfortable and rude! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!

I expected more for the roomprice! old and shabby place, which definitely need some restyling and restoring. toiletries are not included but that is due to HK local policy. The service was also not that great, you need to bring a UK adapter to charge your electric devices

Wonderful location to access Wanchai and Causeway Bay. Good breakfast and coffee at the lounge cafe. Thank you for the upgrade to signature level. Love the hot shower spa

Location wise very good. Only 2 minutes walk from Islamic Canteen and Mosque. When we booked we didn’t know it’ll be that near so easy for us to find halal food and pray as well. Also about 10 minutes walk to Wan Chai Station. Our room is not very spacious however the price is okay for the room that fits our family of 4 as we chose family room. We mainly took public transport to go everywhere - Disneyland (40 mnt) , Ocean Park ( 20 minutes) , Victoria Peak + Peak Trams ( 25 minutes), ferry terminal to Macau only 10 minutes away and airport around 45 mnt to 1 hr depending on your exchange time. Overall we are satisfied with the hotel. As we will not be spending time inside the room so the price was okay for us with comfortable place to sleep.

Charterhouse is ideally located between CWB and Wanchai districts. Female front desk staff is professional with cheerful manner. Room is reasonably large, with mini fridge and bath tub. Panoramic view is a bonus.

A classical Hotel in Hong Kong it gives the opportunity to be close to the necessary things needed such as stores, convenience, stores, and the MTR. Very easily accessible and lovely staff. Would you recommend and come again.
